Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 5 egg (s)
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 320 grams sugar
  • 100 g oil
  • 150 g e liqueur, or water
  • 320 g flour, handy
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder

For covering:

  • 2 egg (s)
  • 500 g quark, (curd cheese)
  • 100 g suar

Instructions

  1. For the dough: Mix 5 whole eggs with 320 g sugar and 2 sachets of vanilla sugar until foamy, measure the oil and eggnog and slowly add, mix the flour with the baking powder and stir into the egg mixture. Line a deep baking sheet with parchment paper and distribute the batter evenly on it.
  2. For the quark mixture: stir the quark with 100g sugar and 2 whole eggs until smooth, pour the mixture into a dressing sack with a star nozzle (8-10) and spread it on the dough in a grid shape. If there is no dressing bag, you can use a small spoon to spread the quark mixture over the dough.
  3. Bake at 170-180 degrees hot air for about 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
