Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 50 g chocolate, 70% cocoa content
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 100 g suar
  • 50 grams flour

For the cream:

  • 25 g butter, soft
  • 75 g cream cheese
  • 40 grams sugar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 20 g flour
  • 1 vanilla pod, scraped out pulp from it

Instructions

  1. Line the mold with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
  2. Chop the chocolate and melt it with butter in a double boiler. Let cool, whisk the egg, stir in the sugar into the chocolate mass, finally stir in the flour.
  3. For the cream, mix together very soft butter and cream cheese. Mix in the sugar, pulp of the vanilla pod and egg, and finally the flour.
  4. Spread the chocolate dough into the mold and pour the cream cheese cream on top. Mix the dough with a fork so that it becomes marbled. Bake in the oven (center, fan 160 °) for 30 - 35 minutes. The dough should still be soft. Allow to cool in the mold, then remove from the mold with the help of the baking paper and cut into eight pieces.
  5. If you like, you can bake a few pitted cherries between the batter and the cream.
