Smoked Fish, Fennel and Mango Salad

This recipe for smoked fish salad is not an everyday one. The salad is very original. Its taste, like any other dish, will depend on the quality of the ingredients. It is better to use wine vinegar for salad dressing. Serve dark bread with smoked fish salad.

Ingredients

For refueling:

  • Olive oil (extra-virgin) – 1/3 cup
  • Wine vinegar – 3 tbsp
  • Garlic, finely chopped or squeezed through a crusher – 2 cloves
  • Sugar – a pinch
  • Fresh dill, finely chopped – 1 zhmenka
  • Smoked mackerel (mackerel) – 300 g
  • Smoked trout – 150 g
  • Fennel onion, thinly sliced ​​(on a shredder or with a vegetable peeler) – 1 pc.
  • Mango, (cut into thin slices) – 1 pc.
  • Grains 1 pomegranate

How to make smoked fish salad:

Directions

  1. Dressing first: Mix all the dressing ingredients well in a small bowl.
  2. Divide the mackerel into pieces. Cut the trout into small strips. Place fish on a platter, add fennel and mango slices. Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds.
  3. Drizzle the smoked fish salad with the dressing just before serving.
