- 125 g quark
- 200 g crème fraîche
- 3 tablespoon milk
- 1 bunch basil, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon, heaped mustard, coarse-grained, hot
- 1 teaspoon mustard, sweeter
- Salt and pepper from the mill
