Ingredients

  • 10 spiced speculoos
  • 1 small Can (s) tangerine (s), drained
  • 200 g cream, whipped until stiff
  • 200 g low-fat quark
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 50 ml milk, 3.8%
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 50 grams sugar

Instructions

  1. Roll the speculoos in a freezer bag with a rolling pin until they are finely crumbly.
  2. Mix the quark, sour cream, milk, vanilla sugar and sugar, stir in the mandarins and carefully fold in the cream.
  3. Fill 4 dessert glasses with a third of the quark mixture, sprinkle a third of speculoos crumbs on top, etc., until everything is used up.
