Ingredients

  • 500 g spelled flour
  • 1 packet tartar baking powder (5g)
  • 175 ml water, warm
  • 150 g natural yourt
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 20 g flaxseed
  • 20 g sunflower seeds
  • 20 g sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and knead well with the dough hook until a dough is formed. If the dough sticks too much (or is tough), put a little olive oil on the hand and shape 2 baguettes and place on the baking sheet (including baking paper).
