Ingredients

  • 400 g watermelon (s), peeled, pitted, pulp cut into pieces
  • 400 g suar melon (s), peeled, pitted, pulp cut into pieces
  • 400 g snake cucumber (s), peeled, halved, sliced
  • 4 spring onions, cut into thin rings
  • 2 stalks basil, fresh, leaves torn off and roughly chopped
  • 200 g feta cheese, diced
  • 1 lemon (s), add the juice from it
  • 1 teaspoon honey, liquid
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, white
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon pine nuts
  • salt
  • Black pepper from the mill

Instructions

  1. Toast the pine nuts in a coated pan without fat.
  2. Put the watermelon, sugar melon, snake cucumber, spring onions, basil, and cheese in a large bowl. Whisk lemon juice, honey, vinegar and olive oil together, season with salt and pepper. Mix with the salad and serve sprinkled with pine nuts.
