Ingredients
- 400 g watermelon (s), peeled, pitted, pulp cut into pieces
- 400 g suar melon (s), peeled, pitted, pulp cut into pieces
- 400 g snake cucumber (s), peeled, halved, sliced
- 4 spring onions, cut into thin rings
- 2 stalks basil, fresh, leaves torn off and roughly chopped
- 200 g feta cheese, diced
- 1 lemon (s), add the juice from it
- 1 teaspoon honey, liquid
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, white
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon pine nuts
- salt
- Black pepper from the mill

- Toast the pine nuts in a coated pan without fat.
- Put the watermelon, sugar melon, snake cucumber, spring onions, basil, and cheese in a large bowl. Whisk lemon juice, honey, vinegar and olive oil together, season with salt and pepper. Mix with the salad and serve sprinkled with pine nuts.
