Ingredients
- 1 sachet spinach leaves, frozen 000 g
- 200 g butter
- 5 large clove (s) garlic
- 1 teaspoon, leveled salt
- Parmesan, grated

- Thaw the frozen spinach and carefully squeeze out the liquid.
- Peel the garlic cloves and cut into very fine slices.
- Let the butter melt slowly over a low heat. The fat must not be too hot!
- Then put the garlic slices in the butter, add a level teaspoon of salt and now lightly brown the garlic very slowly, also over low heat.
- Finally add the spinach and toss in the hot garlic butter, sprinkle with parmesan.
- A very tasty, quick side dish to many dishes.
