Ingredients

  • 1 sachet spinach leaves, frozen 000 g
  • 200 g butter
  • 5 large clove (s) garlic
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled salt
  • Parmesan, grated

Instructions

  1. Thaw the frozen spinach and carefully squeeze out the liquid.
  2. Peel the garlic cloves and cut into very fine slices.
  3. Let the butter melt slowly over a low heat. The fat must not be too hot!
  4. Then put the garlic slices in the butter, add a level teaspoon of salt and now lightly brown the garlic very slowly, also over low heat.
  5. Finally add the spinach and toss in the hot garlic butter, sprinkle with parmesan.
  6. A very tasty, quick side dish to many dishes.
