The steak is good. But how to cook a steak is a recipe for an amateur: someone loves it with blood, someone loves it fully cooked. But I think that everyone, without exception, loves a steak that is soft! Here is my recipe for a juicy flavored steak soaked in spices and cooked in its own juice.

Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • 2 steaks
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon. tablespoons of tomato sauce
  • Spices (barbecue spices can be used)
  • Olive oil
  • Foil

Cooking a steak.

Directions

  1. It’s very simple – put your steaks in a bowl, add 2 tablespoon. tablespoons of olive oil, tomato paste, spices, salt, and pepper. Stir well, even rub all the spices into the meat. Cover and set aside for 20 minutes.
  2. Add 2 tablespoon to a hot frying pan. tablespoons of olive oil and fry your steaks on both sides until golden brown (about 1 minute on each side) – do not cover !!!
  3. Then remove the pan from the heat and wrap the steaks in foil. I advise you to wrap each steak separately. Wrap so that the juice that will stand out from the meat does not flow out of the foil.
  4. Now heat the oven to 200 degrees, put the foil-wrapped steaks directly on the wire rack and leave the steaks in the oven for 5 minutes, if you like with blood, or 15 minutes, if you like fried! When you unfold the foil, be careful – there will be a lot of juice and steam, do not burn yourself.
  5. Steaks are good to serve with any vegetables, I baked potatoes and carrots in the oven.
