Steak with Butter and Herbs

Delicious grilled meat. Instead of sauce for meat – aromatic oil with spices.
Ingredients
Directions
- Beat the butter. Add herbs. Mix. Pour in lemon juice.
- Salt. Stir again. Put the butter in a mold covered with cling film. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
- Preheat a grill or heavy skillet. Drizzle with oil. Layout the meat. Fry on both sides until the desired doneness. Transfer to a plate. Salt.
- Chop the cooled butter. Place a piece of butter on the steak. Serve the steak and french fries
