For the marinade:

  • 3 tablespoon rapeseed oil
  • 3 tablespoon oil (wheat germ oil)
  • 1 tablespoon Ras el Hanout
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix the ingredients for the marinade and season to taste. Brush the steaks with it and leave to stand for 6 hours.
  2. Grill on the charcoal grill for 10-20 minutes, depending on the heat and thickness.
