Ingredients
- 1 bunch turnip greens
- 1 red onion (s) or 2 small shallots
- 2 small sweet potatoes or 1 large one
- salt and pepper
- some oil
- 2 tablespoon pesto, red or spiced tomato paste

- Wash the turnip stalk, cut into 2 cm pieces, do not use the bottom 5 cm of the stalk. Finely dice the onions and sauté in a little oil. Peel and dice the sweet potatoes.
- Add the turnip stalk to the onions and cook on a low heat for 10 minutes. Add the sweet potatoes, season with salt and pepper, add the pesto.
- When the sweet potatoes are done, mix everything together and season to taste again. It goes well with crispy duck or meatballs!
