- 900 g strawberries, weihed cleaned
- 100 ml syrup, (elderflower syrup)
- 500 g preservin suar, 2: 1

- Clean the strawberries and put them in a saucepan with the syrup. Add the preserving sugar and stir well. Let stand for at least 1 hour.
- Then bring everything to a boil and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly.
- After the gelling test, pour it into the prepared jars while still hot and close them immediately.
