Ingredients

  • 4 turkey escalope or pork escalope
  • 0.5 ½ cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice, to taste
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 bay leaves
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together to form a marinade and soak the schnitzel in it overnight. Either fry in the pan or place on the grill.
  2. French fries, coleslaw and, of course, tzatziki also taste great.
