Sugar Glaze for Easter Cake

Sugar glaze for Easter cake. Does not crumble when cutting, does not contain crude protein, tasty, dense, dries quickly, and does not stick. Perfect in every way. It is also prepared in minutes.

Ingredients

  • Sugar – 180 g
  • Water – 6 tbsp
  • Gelatin – 1 teaspoon.

Instructions

  1. Pour gelatin with 2 tablespoon of cold water and leave to swell for 40 minutes (or act according to the instructions on the package).
  2. Combine sugar with 4 tablespoon of water and heat until sugar is completely dissolved.
    As soon as all the sugar grains dissolve, remove from heat, and add gelatin.
  3. Beat the mass with a mixer until whitening, it will take only a few minutes.
  4. Cover the cooled Easter cakes with sugar glaze and immediately decorate, because it grasps pretty quickly. Enjoy your meal!
