Ingredients
- 0.5 ½ small watermelon (s), approx. 200 g
- some grapes, black and green
- 2 stalks celery
- 2 spring onion (s)
- 0.5 ½ medium cucumber (s)
- 3 stalks basil
- 0.5 ½ pack feta cheese
- some pine nuts
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), juice it
- honey

- Wash and chop vegetables and fruits. Core the melon pieces. Pluck the basil and feta into small pieces.
- For the salad dressing, mix oil and vinegar with lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper if necessary. If the salad isn`t sweet enough for you, you can add a little honey.
- Mix the salad with the dressing in a bowl.
- If you want, you can roast the pine nuts in a pan without oil, let them cool and sprinkle them over the salad.
