• 250 ml whipped cream or Cremefine
• 2 tablespoons sugar or the equivalent amount sweetener
• some cinnamon
• 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
• 400 g apple compote, preferably home-cooked
• 5 tablespoon egg liqueur

Instructions

1. Whip the cream or cremefine with the sugar and cinnamon until stiff. Carefully fold in the apple compote and eggnog and let freeze for about 6 hours.
