Sweet Ice Cream Sandwiches

An interesting and quick dessert made of cookies and ice cream that kids will love.
Ingredients
- Chocolate shortbread cookies or waffles – 6 pcs.
- Ice cream – 3 balls
- Caramel sauce or boiled condensed milk – 1 tbsp
- Pecans or walnuts (finely chopped) – 2 tbsp
Directions
- Mix ice cream with caramel and put on 3 cookie circles, cover with the rest of the cookies (you should get 3 sandwiches).
- Roll the edges of the sandwiches in chopped nuts.
- Place the sweet sandwiches in the freezer for 30 minutes to freeze them a little.
