- 125 g bacon, lean
- salt and pepper
- sugar
- 2 medium onion (s)
- vinegar
- oil

- Dice the bacon and leave it in a pan. Clean, wash and cut the lettuce. Peel and dice the onions.
- In a bowl, mix the vinegar, salt, sugar and pepper together so that the salt and sugar dissolve. Then add the oil and onions. Add the lettuce and bacon to the sauce and mix everything well.
