  • 80 g suar
  • 80 g mararine
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ salt
  • 0.5 ½ cube yeast
  • 0.25 liter ¼ milk. lukewarm

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl. Mix the yeast with a small part of the milk and let rise for 15 minutes. Then knead everything into a smooth dough and let rise for 30 minutes. Knead everything again, shape hazelnut-sized balls out of the dough and do not place too tightly on a greased baking sheet. At the end, shape the head of the sheep (let it rise again briefly) and brush everything with a beaten egg. Sprinkle the body with crystal sugar and bake at 180 ° C for about 35 minutes.
