- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 1 zucchini
- 1 bell pepper
- 200 g sheep cheese
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- Chili powder
- Pine nuts, optional

- Peel the sweet potatoes and cut into fried potato slices. Immediately put the sweet potatoes in a hot pan and fry for 5 - 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cut the peppers and zucchini into cubes.
- After the sweet potatoes are browned as desired, add the peppers and zucchini. Then fry everything again for 5 - 10 minutes. Then season the dish in the pan with salt, pepper, paprika and, if desired, chilli. Finally add the feta cheese cut into cubes, stir it after a certain exposure time and serve the dish.
- Pine nuts or the like can optionally be added.
