Ingredients
- 9 paprika (s), colored
- 4 zucchini
- 5 onion (s), red, cut into thick rings
- 4 garlic
- 1 sprig rosemary
- Celery green
- 2 cup / s sugar
- 2 tablespoon mustard seeds
- 1 liter water
- 1 liter vinegar, (herb vinegar)
- 1 liter apple juice

- Cut the lid off the washed peppers, remove all whites and the stones. Cut 4-5 pieces of equal size lengthways. Cut the zucchini into slices about 1 ½ cm thick.
- Put the water, vinegar and apple juice together with the remaining ingredients in a large saucepan and bathe the vegetables in it.
- Bring everything to the boil and simmer gently for another 15 minutes.
- Immediately fill into hot-rinsed screw-top jars and close, making sure that the liquid reaches the edge and there is no more oxygen in the jar.
