Ingredients
- 300 g spelled, crushed
- 600 ml water
- 3 teaspoons honey
- 2 tablespoon heavy cream

- Have the spelled grind in the health food store or coarsely grind it yourself.
- Soak in cold water for a few hours (even overnight).
- Then bring to the boil and let it soak for 25 minutes over low heat (with the lid).
- Let the porridge cool down a bit and stir in the honey and cream.
- TIP:
- Banana with cream quark or blueberries with raw cane sugar and cinnamon go well with this.
- Or dried fruit compote.
