Ingredients

  • 100 g salad, (mixed lettuce, battavia, iceber, oak leaf, frisée salad)
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 100 g ham, raw
  • yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon horseradish (cream horseradish)
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar (herb vinegar)
  • 1 pinch (s) sea salt
  • Drops sweetener, more liquid
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Sort out the leaf salads, wash and drain well. Pick into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Wash tomatoes and cut off the green. Eight tomatoes. Roll the ham and serve decoratively on a salad.
  3. Put the yoghurt with the cream horseradish and herb vinegar in a bowl and stir until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper and sweetener.
