- 1 packet pastry sheets, (triangular yufka sheets)
- 2 cups sour cream
- 200 g cheese, rated more spicy
- 200 g bacon, diced
- 3 onion (s), diced
- 3 tablespoon oil

- Caution: Yufka leaves dry out quickly - always keep them covered with a damp cloth.

- Put the oil on a plate.

- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C, cover a baking sheet with parchment paper - without sticking anything on it - and place the rolls on top.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the rolls start to brown around the edges - serve hot.
