Instructions

  1. For the sweet and very tender shortcrust pastry, knead flour, sifted powdered sugar, salt, vanilla sugar, egg and butter. When a nice dough is created, it should be wrapped in cling film and placed in the refrigerator for an hour. There it can cool down well and can later be rolled out and processed much better.
  2. After the rest period, the dough can then be rolled out, stamped and cut out. The cookies should be placed on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  3. They are then baked in a preheated oven at 190 ° C top / bottom heat for about 10 minutes.
  4. And then the sweet biscuits are already ready.
  5. The recipe makes two baking sheets.
