Ingredients

  • 100 g bacon, fat, salted, diced
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 1 liter milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Leave the bacon in a pan. Add the flour and make a roux. Deglaze with the milk, stir well and bring to the boil. Add salt. When it`s done (thick creamy sauce), add the butter on top.
  2. It is eaten in the following proportions:
  3. Everyone cuts one (or more) slices of bread into pieces approx. 2 cm, pricks them with a fork, dips this into the stip and eats it.
