Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 65 g soy flour

Instructions

  1. Why do without all the delicious things despite low carb? No, it`s better to try alternatives! Only about 5 g carbohydrates per serving!
  2. Separate 6 - 7 eggs for the dough. Beat the egg whites with baking powder well. Mix the egg yolks with the other ingredients until a tough dough is formed. Then add the egg whites and briefly fold in and season the sweetness again.
  3. Spread the dough evenly on the baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° for 20-25 minutes, then let it cool down.
  4. Separate 6 - 7 eggs for the cream. Beat the egg whites until stiff and cool. Beat the egg yolks with the sweetener and flavorings until creamy. Then stir in small amounts of mascarpone first, then the remaining ingredients. Finally, carefully fold in the egg whites with a spoon. Cool the cream until further processing.
  5. Cut the cooled dough into small pieces and cut them in half crosswise. Cover the bottom of a baking dish well with it and moisten the pieces of cake with a little fruit syrup (raspberry syrup is good) or espresso. Then apply the first layer of cream. Repeat the process in layers. The last layer is the cream.
  6. Chill the tiramisu for a day. Sprinkle with cocoa powder before serving.
