Instructions

  1. Chop the onions, garlic and zucchini and sauté them in a little oil in a saucepan for about 5 - 8 minutes. Then add the strained tomatoes and tomato paste. Then add the tuna and a dash of red wine. Simmer again for about 5 minutes over medium heat.
  2. Season with fresh pepper and a few chilli flakes. There is enough salt in the strained tomatoes from the tetrapak to my liking.
  3. Sprinkle with parsley or other fresh herbs when serving.
  4. It`s not a special recipe, but the quick preparation, the nutrients, etc. make it a nice meal for me after work when you don`t feel like cooking anymore.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
