  • 500 g tortellini with cheese fillin, fresh
  • salt
  • 100 g butter
  • 12 sage leaves
  • 500 g tomato (s)
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • sugar
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat the tortellini in salted water. Melt butter. Steam the sage leaves in it over low heat. Scald tomatoes, peel them and cut into slices. Sweat briefly. Season to taste with vinegar, salt, sugar and pepper.
