Ingredients

  • 800 g ravioli
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 shallot (s)
  • 4 tablespoon parmesan, freshly grated
  • 2 teaspoons sage, rubbed
  • 4 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and pepper, black

Instructions

  1. Cook the ravioli in plenty of salted water according to the instructions on the package, drain and drain.
  2. In the meantime, peel and finely chop the shallot. Peel and press the garlic. Heat the butter in a pan and sauté the shallots and garlic in it. Add the sage and season everything with salt and pepper. Put the ravioli in the pan and mix with the butter. Arrange the pasta on plates and sprinkle with parmesan.
  3. A fresh salad goes well with this dish.
