Ingredients

  • 250 g tortellini from the freshness shelf
  • 100 g salami (Milanese)
  • 0.5 liter ½ tomato (s), strained (tetrapak)
  • 1 chilli pepper (s), red
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Cut the salami into small pieces and fry briefly. Wash the chilli pepper, cut in half, remove the seeds and skin, then cut into thin strips and the strips into small cubes. Add the diced chilli pepper to the salami. Add 1/2 liter of pureed tomatoes, season with basil and oregano and season with salt.
  2. Put the tortellini in the sauce and heat for about 5 minutes. Arrange and serve.
