Tum Garlic Sauce

It is always pleasant to touch the recipes that have been prepared for many years and even centuries. It is not for nothing that some options are still popular and in demand.

Ingredients

  • Olive Oil – 150 Milliliters
  • Lemon – 0.25 Pieces
  • Egg white – 1 Piece
  • Garlic – 3 Cloves
  • Salt – 1 Pinch
  • Dill – To taste

Directions

  1. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon. In a blender, whisk with butter and salt.
  2. Peel and run the garlic through a press. Add it to the mixture in a blender.
  3. Then add the protein. Whisk the sauce until smooth. Garnish with chopped dill.
