  • 100 ml corn oil
  • 20 g butter

Instructions

  1. Knock the schnitzel flat between cling film. Top each with a slice of ham and a slice of Gouda cheese. Fold it up and fix it with toothpicks. Then season with pepper, salt and paprika. Beat the egg until frothy and season with pepper, salt and paprika.
  2. Heat a pan with the oil and butter and fry the schnitzel on each side until golden brown and serve.
