Ingredients

  • 800 g turkey schnitzel or turkey fillet
  • 300 g blue cheese
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 1 pack ham (Black Forest)
  • 1 bunch chives

Instructions

  1. Cut the chives into small pieces. Process half of it together with the cheese to a homogeneous mass. Wash and dab the turkey schnitzel. Spread out the schnitzel one after the other, place a slice of ham on top and, depending on the size of the meat, add approx. 1 tablespoon of the cheese mixture to one end. Roll up the meat and fix the roulade well with toothpicks or skewers. Then fry the rolls in the pan and place in a baking dish.
  2. Pour approx. 1 cm of water into the casserole dish and place in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for approx. 15 minutes. Occasionally pour the stock over the rolls.
  3. After the baking time, take the rolls out of the baking dish and stir in the mascarpone, the remaining chives and any remaining cheese mixture into the brew. If you want, this can also be done in the frying pan used, then it tastes even better.
  4. This goes well with rice as a side dish.
