Ingredients
- 200 g butter, soft
- 150 grams sugar
- 3 large egg (s)
- 250 ml sauce (vanilla)
- 250 g spelled flour, type 630
- 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
- 100 g chocolate, whole milk

- Beat the softened butter with sugar until creamy. Mix in the eggs well one at a time. Add the vanilla sauce. Mix flour with baking powder. Chop the chocolate and stir both into the butter mixture.
- Spread the dough in the lined wells of the muffin tray. The hollows will be pretty full. Of course, you can only fill the wells 2/3 full, which makes more than 12 muffins.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees top / bottom heat for about 20-25 minutes. Make a chopstick test.
- Let cool down briefly in the baking tray, remove from the mold and let cool down on a wire rack.
- Decoration as desired.
