Instructions

Mix the dry dough ingredients together. Add the other ingredients and stir until an even crumble dough has formed.
Pour two thirds of the dough into a greased springform pan and press down firmly to form the base, pulling up a little at the edge.
Peel the apples and cut into small pieces. Put the chopped apples in a bowl with the other ingredients for the filling and stir well.
Now place the apple filling on the dough base and distribute it evenly. Scatter the remaining dough over the apples as a crumble and bake the cake for approx. 40 - 50 minutes at 180 degrees top / bottom heat in the preheated oven on the middle rack.
