Ingredients
- 500 ml soy cream (soy cream cuisine)
- 100 g cashew butter
- 40 g aave syrup
- 50 g chocolate, vean, without suar or dark chocolate
- 1 cup espresso

- Carefully heat 250 ml of soy cream with the chocolate until the chocolate melts. Mix with all remaining ingredients in the mixer for 3 minutes.
- Freeze in the ice machine for an hour.
