Instructions

Peel the onions and cut them as small as possible. Wash or clean tomatoes, carrots, zucchini, peppers and cut into small cubes. Put everything in a bowl and mix well together. Season to taste with salt, pepper and the other spices. Pour off any liquid. Add tomato paste and mix well again. Rub a baking dish with a little oil and add the vegetables. Cut the feta cheese into small cubes and mix well with the sour cream. Pour over the vegetables so that they form an even topping
Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for approx. 30 minutes - the cheese should be slightly golden brown. Serve hot.
