Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 130 g quark (curd cheese)
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • 4 tablespoon oil
  • 220 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • salt

For covering:

  • 2 fish fillet (s) (smoked mackerel, skinless and bones)
  • 100 g leeks
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 carrot (s)
  • 1 onion (s), red
  • 2 bell peppers, red and yellow
  • 100 g mushrooms
  • Oregano, dried, salt and pepper

For the cast:

  • 100 ml heavy cream
  • 100 ml milk
  • 3 egg (s)
  • salt
  • 100 g cheese, rated

Instructions

  1. Knead the dough ingredients together, let the dough rest in a cool place for 1/2 hour.
  2. In the meantime, cut all the vegetables and mushrooms into small pieces, as well as cut the fish into pieces. Sweat the vegetables and mushrooms in butter until crispy, season with salt, pepper and oregano.
  3. For the topping, mix the cream, milk and eggs together well, only add a little salt.
  4. Line a greased dish with the dough, spread the vegetables and fish on top. Bake in the oven at 170 ° C for 5 minutes. Then pour the icing over it and sprinkle the tart with cheese. Bake ready in about 35 minutes.
  5. Green salad goes well with it.
