Cover the bottom of a baking dish with the mince, season with salt and pepper. Pre-cook the pasta in salted water for about 4 - 5 minutes and then place on the mince. Cut the aubergines, zucchini, tomatoes and mozzarella into small pieces, mix and also pour into the baking dish.
For the sauce, cut the onions and garlic into small pieces and sauté them with a little oil. Now add the tomato sauce and the cream, fill the sauce glass again with water and also put it in the saucepan.
Bring the sauce to the boil, season to taste and pour over the casserole. If the vegetables are not completely covered in sauce, fill up with water.
Then put the casserole in the oven for 20 minutes at 220 ° C. Then sprinkle the grated cheese on the casserole and place in the oven again until the cheese is golden brown.
