  • 125 ml water
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 100 g tomato (s), dried in oil
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 150 g sheep cheese
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • herbs Provence

Instructions

  1. Mix the spelled flour with water, 2 tablespoons of olive oil and a pinch of salt, knead into a dough and roll it out thinly on a baking sheet on parchment paper.
  2. For the topping, season the sour cream and crème fraîche with freshly ground pepper and salt and distribute evenly on the dough.
