Wafers with Curdled Milk

I offer a recipe for homemade waffles that can be prepared based on any fermented milk products: kefir, yogurt, sour cream. Today we have such waffles with sour milk. Fast, simple and delicious!

Servings: 7-8

Ingredients

  • Sour milk – 200 Milliliters
  • Sugar – 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Chicken egg – 1 Piece
  • Flour – 150 Grams
  • Butter – 50 Grams
  • Soda – 0.5 Teaspoons
  • Vanilla Sugar – 0.5 Teaspoons

Directions

  1. Prepare the ingredients for making the waffles.
  2. Break the egg into a bowl.
  3. Add sugar and vanilla sugar.
  4. Pour the yogurt into a bowl.
  5. Add baking soda.
  6. Stir in the egg, sugar, yogurt and baking soda. Add melted butter.
  7. Pour flour into a bowl.
  8. Stir all ingredients. The waffle dough is ready.
  9. Heat the waffle iron well, brush a little with butter and lay out the dough.
  10. Close the waffle iron and bake the waffles according to the instructions. I have it 4 minutes.
  11. Sour milk waffles are ready. Serve with honey, jam, jam.
