Wafer Rolls with Condensed Milk

Ingredients

  • Creamy margarine – 200 g
  • Chicken eggs – 4-5 pcs.
  • Flour – 1 glass
  • Sugar – 1 glass
  • Boiled condensed milk – to taste

Directions

  1. Melt the creamy margarine over the lowest heat, it should be warm.
  2. Break eggs into a bowl, add sugar.
  3. Beat eggs with sugar with a mixer.
  4. Add warm melted margarine. Beat well.
  5. Sift flour. Add flour in small portions, stirring thoroughly.
  6. The dough should be smooth and not very thick.
  7. Heat the waffle iron well. Pour 1-2 tablespoon on the bottom surface of the waffle iron. spoons of dough.
  8. Press down with the top of the waffle iron. Bake until golden brown, about 1 minute.
