Wafer Rolls with Condensed Milk (Simple and Affordable Recipe)

Delicious, crispy wafer rolls with boiled condensed milk. The waffle recipe is simple and affordable.

Ingredients

  • Margarine or butter – 180 g
  • Eggs – 4 pcs.
  • Milk (if the dough is thick)
  • Flour – 2 cups
  • Starch – 3 tablespoons
  • Vanillin – 1 sachet
  • Sugar – 1 incomplete glass
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Boiled condensed milk – 2 cans

Directions

  1. Mix eggs, sugar, and salt.
  2. Mix flour with starch and vanilla.
  3. Pour in melted but not hot margarine (or butter).
  4. Gradually add flour to the egg mixture, mix well until the lumps disappear completely.
  5. The dough should turn out like low-fat sour cream (slightly thicker than for pancakes). (If it’s a bit thick, add some milk.
  6. Heat the waffle iron, lightly grease the surface with vegetable oil. Place 2 tablespoons in the center of the waffle iron. l. dough (the amount of dough depends on what size you want the waffles to be).
