Wheat Tortilla with Chicken Liver and Vegetables

Prepare a healthy “snack”: wrap chicken liver fried with onions together with fresh vegetables in a wheat cake (tortilla) and offer your child lunch during school time.

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Wheat tortilla – 4 pcs.
  • Chicken liver – 250 g
  • Tomatoes – 3 pcs.
  • Cucumber – 1 pc.
  • Lettuce leaves – 4 pcs.
  • Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil – 1 tablespoon
  • Butter – 50 g
  • Bulb onions – 2 pcs.
  • Green onion – 4 feathers
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Cut the onion into half rings.
  2. Put the chicken liver and onions in a pan in the heated butter, fry on all sides until tender (about 8-10 minutes).
  3. Cut fresh tomatoes and cucumbers into thin slices.
  4. Put green lettuce on the tortilla, put tomatoes and cucumbers on top, pour a little olive oil.
  5. Put the fried chicken liver on top of the vegetables, sprinkle with lemon juice.
  6. Wrap a wheat tortilla in a tortilla with chicken liver and vegetables. Tie with the stem (feather) of the green onion. A healthy “snack” is ready.
