Ingredients
- 1 pork fillet (s)
- 12 slices ham, smoked
- 2 tablespoon whiskey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 2 tablespoon ketchup
- salt and pepper

- Cut the fillet into approx. 3 cm thick slices and wrap the ham.
- Mix the other ingredients together and marinate the meat in them.
- Let it steep in the refrigerator for 1 - 2 hours.
- Grill the meat on both sides on the grill for about 3 - 4 minutes, until the ham is crispy.
