Ingredients

  • 1 pork fillet (s)
  • 12 slices ham, smoked
  • 2 tablespoon whiskey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoon ketchup
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the fillet into approx. 3 cm thick slices and wrap the ham.
  2. Mix the other ingredients together and marinate the meat in them.
  3. Let it steep in the refrigerator for 1 - 2 hours.
  4. Grill the meat on both sides on the grill for about 3 - 4 minutes, until the ham is crispy.
