Ingredients

  • 1 kg white cabbage
  • 200 g tofu, natural
  • 1 can tomato (s), chopped
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 0.5 ½ cup cream, vegan
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Remove the outer leaves and the stalk from the cabbage. Cut the cabbage into strips. Dice the onion and press the tofu into small pieces with a fork.
  2. Briefly fry the tofu in plenty of oil. Add the onions and fry briefly, season with salt and pepper. If the tofu is searing to the bottom, add a little water. Stir in the cabbage, put the lid on and let simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. Add the tomatoes and simmer for another 15 minutes. Finally stir in vegan cream, let it steep a little and season to taste.
  4. We had noodles with it.
