  • 15 g mararine
  • 100 g honey
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking powder
  • 250 g whole wheat flour
  • liter ⅛ milk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 200 ml cream
  • Cinnamon, for the cream
  • Honey, for the cream

Instructions

  1. For the waffles, beat the margarine and honey until frothy. Separate eggs. First stir the egg yolk and then the flour and baking powder into the honey margarine. Slowly add milk while stirring, so that a thick dough is formed. Let the dough soak for about 15 minutes.
  2. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold them loosely into the dough with the cinnamon. Bake the dough in portions in the waffle iron.
  3. For the cinnamon cream, whip the cream until stiff, add cinnamon and honey to taste to sweeten.
