Yeast Pizza Dough

Do you like pizza? Are you still buying ready-made cakes? For you, a simple yeast pizza dough with milk.

Cook: 2 hours

Ingredients

  • Active dry yeast – 1 pack (11 g)
  • or fresh yeast – 30 g
  • Eggs – 1-2 pcs.
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar – 3 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp
  • Flour – 1 kg
  • Milk – 0.5 l

Directions

  1. Heat the milk to 30 degrees. Dilute a pack of active dry yeast (or 30 g of fresh yeast) in warm milk, you can add a little granulated sugar (1 teaspoon).
  2. When the yeast has dissolved, add a little flour (2-4 tablespoons), mix well. Leave it to stand in a warm place until foam starts to rise (15-20 minutes).
  3. Then the actual kneading follows: add 1-2 eggs, 1 teaspoon of salt, 3 tablespoon. tablespoons of sugar, 3 tablespoon. tablespoons of vegetable oil, about a kilogram of flour – all this for half a liter of milk. Stir with a spoon.
  4. The dough is kneaded by hand until it starts to peel off the spoon. Cover with a towel.
  5. Leave the dough in a warm place for 1.5 hours. Do not cheat.
    The yeast pizza dough is ready.
  6. Cut the dough into pieces. Roll out the cake, adding flour.
  7. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil. Put the finished tortillas on a baking sheet. Leave to come up for one hour. Turn on the oven, preheat. Bake the cake in a preheated oven until cooked at 190-200 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
